Students at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT can enjoy eating, learning, working out, and relaxing in style at their glulam-framed student center. This 85,000 square foot octagonal structure is 105 feet high. The primary building framing system is constructed (nearly entirely) from glulam columns and beams with concealed knife plate connections.
