Corning Community College Commons and Library
The new Commons and expanded Arthur A. Houghton Jr. Library at Corning Community College feature glulam that we manufactured. The project was designed by HOLT Architects, P.C. and engineered by Elwyn & Palmer Consulting Engineers PLLC, both of Ithaca, NY.
That unique curved roof on the Commons was realized using the steel and glulam assembly that we shop assembled last summer. Below is a photo of that assembly in our plant.
The library framing was installed last summer.
