A Fond Farewell

 The other day we said a tough good bye to our Glue Room Supervisor. Tom DeBlasio finally retired from Unalam after 39 faithful and fruitful years. Tom was always the first one at the plant and often one of the last to leave.

Before he retired, he stepped down from his supervisor position in order to help train and prepare his successor. Tommy is a natural teacher and has taught all of us here at Unalam so much about materials, processes, and how to solve some unique “only at Unalam” problems. We are grateful we had him this long and wish him the best during his retirement! Thank you again for your many years of service and meticulous work throughout the years!
